RDG Ventures, LLC is committed to building excellence in Macon.  The company was established in 2005, by  Ryan Griffin, after working with his father in the building business for nearly a decade.  Ryan decided to start his own company, leaning on the expertise gained through the years by being active in the development, construction, marketing, leasing and sales of real estate in and around central Georgia.  Ryan is dedicated to building high quality projects, developing positive relationships with every owner, and listening intently in order to turn each individual's idea into a reality.

RDG is proud to be one of very few Energy Star Builders in Macon.  This designation ensures that your home will be built with above average considerations for long-term comfort and affordability.  RDG is licensed and insured and prides itself on staying committed to each project by being on site nearly every day.  RDG Ventures, LLC is also an active member in the Home Builders Association of Macon.

Ryan D. Griffin is a Macon native and graduate of The University of Georgia where he received his BBA in Real Estate.  Prior to entering the building business, Ryan worked for Arthur Andersen in Houston, Texas, as a real estate appraiser.  Ryan is also a 2004 Leadership Macon graduate and active in a number of local charitable organizations. 

In 2008, RDG Ventures, LLC teamed up with three other local builders to complete a Habitat for Humanity House during their Builder's Blitz campaign.  In 2006, RDG Ventures, LLC built a minature Sidney Lanier Cottage for Central Georgia CASA.
