As mentioned previously, RDG Ventures brings years of experience to the table.  In addition to experience, RDG Ventures also brings the element of pride to the job.  This can be one of the most valuable characteristics in any profession, especially that of a home builder. 

 The first project that Ryan Griffin was involved in was an active adult community in Macon named The Cottages on Wesleyan.  This community is composed of 45 patio homes and an assisted living residence.  The patio homes are 1400 square feet each and the assisted living residence is 25,000 square feet.  This development began in 1996 and was completed in 1999. 

The Gables at Wolf Creek is another active adult community for which Ryan Griffin was the lead project manager.  Ryan was there to scout the property, and was there to complete the 5000 square foot clubhouse.  This development consists of 82 patio homes ranging from 1280 square feet to 1450 square feet. 

The Cottages at Woodland Terrace, in Milledgeville, Georgia began in 2003 and was completed in 2005.  This development consisted of 45 patio homes of similar size. 

 The Hamlet, off Wesleyan Drive, in Macon, Georgia is one of Ryan's current projects.  This development consists of 22 lots.  Ryan has built 5 custom homes, 2 speculative homes, and has 2 more speculative homes under construction at this time.  This development has been tremendously successful. 

The Village at Wimbish was created in order to meet the demand for patio homes that would be sold.  The above mentioned patio home communities are rental properties.  This project has just begun; however, the first sale indicates signs of great success in the near future.
